Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled ERP Consultant to join our team and help implement, customize, and support ERP solutions that improve business efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their processes, recommend suitable ERP solutions, and ensure successful deployment

Responsibilities

This is a full-time role for an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Consultant based in Coimbatore, with the flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks.
The ERP Consultant will analyze business processes, lead ERP implementations, and provide tailored solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing ERP configurations, and supporting clients in streamlining operations through efficient ERP solutions.
You will also assist in leveraging ERP functionalities to address financial processes and improve organizational workflows.

What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of Business Processes and the ability to align them with ERP solutions
Proficiency in Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
Experience in ERP Implementations and familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Knowledge of financial processes and ERP integration within finance systems
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Background in IT, business, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Previous experience in similar roles; certifications in ERP systems are a plus
